It's cadets' festival, composed of diverse themes such as Wonwha festival, exhibition, broad casting festival, athletic meet, and cadet's day, fostering power of unity and of succession healthy cadet culture.

It's a festival of knowledge where cadets share their research results on various subjects regarding diverse themes within society.
